The Coronavirus is spreading all around the world, almost every single country has to face this plague: the economy is struggling, over 80.000 people are infected in different countries, everybody is talking about it, no one has a real solution so far. In Italy, Giuseppe Conte, the Italian prime minister, has decided that any sporting event until the 3rd of April will take place behind closed doors, trying this way, to restrict the virus, hoping in addition to prevent a potential contagion of a Serie A’s player, which would be dramatic and would lead to uncertain consequences. In Casteldebole, Siniša Mihajlović’s staff has taught to the players how to prevent the virus, by following the usual hygiene standards, with a special focus on Siniša’s situation.
Concerning Bologna F.C, the “rossoblu” won’t play this weekend: the Lega Serie A has decided to schedule the following games, which were cancelled last week because of the Coronavirus:

Sunday 8th of March: Parma-SPAL (12:30 pm); Sampdoria-Verona (3:00 pm); Milan-Genoa (3:00 pm); Udinese-Fiorentina (6:00 pm); Juventus-Inter (8:45 pm)

Monday 9th of March: Sassuolo-Brescia (8:45 pm)

Bologna’s football players will use this weekend to rest, after the strenuous games with Udinese and Lazio, and to study Juventus’s players and their mouvements, since they will face them the 13th of March at 8:45 pm in an empty stadium. Mitchell Dijks has trained with the group and partially with a dedicated training since he has been out of the games for almost six months; Ladislav Krejčí is still training separately after the injury against Udinese during the Coppa Italia in December; Mattias Svanberg is pursuing the therapies at the Isokinetic.
Unfortunately today, the Viareggio Cup that should have started soon, has been suspended indefinitely: «Health is the most important thing right now» said Alessandro Palagi, CGC Viareggio’s president. Finally a happy reminder: Musa Barrow and Musa Juwara have been selected by the head coach of the Gambian National team for the friendly matches with Gabon, which will take place the 26th and 30th of March.
